Mindfulness in 3 minutes

Laura Bunyol, yoga teacher and mindfulness practitioner, gives us some little tips to start introducing the practice of the fully conscious state into our lives. Have you heard of the fact that the mind is like a bird flying from leaf to leaf? Well, mindfulness helps us slow down the flight of this bird and focus our full attention on the state of the here and now. By practising these little exercises at home or at work, you will begin a new path to enjoy your day-to-day life, in a healthy and respectful way, preventing chaos, confusion, and emotions from overflowing you.
