Zero-waste cooking, Asian style

Food is not thrown away. Who has never been told that as a child? In all parts of the world we honor the food we have on the table. We’ll discover how with some leftovers of two totally different meals, we can prepare a classic of Asian cuisine in three different ways that will allow us to travel along this exotic continent through its flavors.
