There are many ways to select staff, but at 11Onze we decided we needed to innovate on that as well. That’s why we designed a 6-test circuit to measure certain skills. How do candidates react in stressful situations? Are they creative? Do they get nervous easily? Are they able to structure a speech against the clock? What financial knowledge do they have? Do you pay attention to the details? From these tests came the first workers of 11Onze.
