La Plaça – Territori 17: Customer service

The law reforming the financial system being promoted by the Spanish government brings with it an important new feature in terms of customer service: customers must be able to be attended to 24 hours a day. 11Onze anticipated this reform and applied it from day one, including exclusive services such as 11Onze a Casa. Head of agents Mireia Cano and marketing manager Gemma Vallet talk about customer service in a new episode of La Plaça.

La Plaça is a section of the radio magazine Territori 17, of La Xarxa, which links four territories connected by the C-17: Vallès Oriental, Moianès, Osona and Ripollès.
