Everything and more on how to move within El Canut
Enter your details, go through the verification process, get a debit card… The first 5,000 customers have started to download El Canut and the 11Onze team is mobilised to respond immediately. Lara de Castro, Iu Alemany and Marifé Fariñas answer all the questions.
“We are a company in the banking sector and security is paramount. The first registration is very thorough and, for this reason, there is double verification of residency and a lot of documentation is requested. Customers have to understand that, although this procedure can be cumbersome, it is more security for them,” argues Iu Alemany of the 11Onze backoffice team.
There are as many customers as there are people in the world: there are some who complete the validation process in a few minutes, and others who take hours. In all cases, however, support is “very personalised”, says team leader Lara de Castro. De Castro reveals that most of the questions have to do with technical problems, but that the 11Onze agents are “always there when you need them, at any time”.
