11Onze App Test: we are entering the testing phase

This Saturday, 14 August, some registered users of La Plaça start testing the application.

11Onze is entering the final stretch for the launch of its app. The fintech has a great challenge ahead: to offer state-of-the-art banking services and products in Catalonia in record time. In this sense, the application that will enable the company’s financial operations to be launched is now ready. This week, a laboratory has been set up to test the app among selected members of La Plaça.

As of this Saturday, the application will be in the hands of the first users, who will be able to try it out. During this phase, aimed at detecting errors and implementing improvements, users will be added to the application every week. These are heuristic tests to observe the usability of the app, its functionalities and its performance for both Android and iOS. These first 11Onze customers have been chosen from among the most active users of La Plaça.

Customers get to try the app for the first time

A team of 11Onze agents will be permanently connected to attend to these first customers and any needs they may have. “We are creating a tool that meets all the financial needs of customers. These first testers are offered the opportunity to follow the creation of the application from the inside, seeing the daily updates for three weeks”, explains agent David López. Iu Alemany adds that “this is a crucial moment for 11Onze, because of the fact that the application is materialising, but above all because we are involving the users in this process. We are opening the doors of 11Onze to show how it is being developed from the inside”.

From the users’ point of view, Marifé Fariñas stresses that “users will be able to see, first-hand and with maximum transparency, that the project is not only possible, but that it is already materialising; they will be the first to see what will finally be the 11Onze application”.

Will it be possible to open an 11Onze account?

The big question we are always asked by our members will soon be answered. The first participants to take part in the beta testing process, the B testers, have the opportunity to get to know the first financial products.
