Pep Centelles will talk about policies that favour this paradigm shift. Jorge Andrey, a lawyer and expert in legislative issues, will give us the guidelines for this transition to be optimal. And Xavi Viñolas, editor of 11Onze, will close the programme by analysing what has been done in Davos to combat climate change.
