From the La Farga mill in Banyoles, Jordi Torrent opens the doors of Sastres paperers, a company that makes paper by hand. Just as a tailor would do, they make each piece unique, made-to-measure and with very different functionalities. We discover the craft of papermaking from one of the two remaining active mills in Catalonia, one of the few remaining in Europe.
