Barcelona is attractive for the establishment of new technology companies, despite the regulations. Now, with the law on Start-ups, there will be greater legal coverage and facilities to build a more powerful entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The aim is to turn the country into a pole of attraction for resources and talent, helping to modernise the country’s productive economy.

En el sector biomèdic la llei es queda curta. Desenvolupar un nou medicament (etapa en la que l’empresa no té ingressos) demana molts anys. En aquest període, que està molt pautat per requeriments sobre seguretat i eficàcia del medicament, caldria que l’empresa tingués el caràcter de nova empresa.
