One of the best things that happened during the 11Onze Academy was the integration of different job roles in the training. Jas Texidó, Director of Public and Institutional Relations, wanted to be part of the first generation of agents trained on the 11Onze campus. Doing so he understood, like the agents did, the dynamics of customer relations, the operations we will use, and got to know first-hand the protagonists of our adventure. Let’s follow him!
