Per\u00f2 com tantes altres coses a la vida, el luxe tamb\u00e9 ha evolucionat i \u00e9s la generaci\u00f3 Z, la que compr\u00e8n els joves nascuts entre l\u2019any 1995 i el 2000, aproximadament, la que est\u00e0 marcant el nou rumb. <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Entenent <strong>el luxe com \u201cl\u2019abund\u00e0ncia de riqueses i comoditats\u201d, es desmarquen del que \u00e9s purament material per donar valor a tot all\u00f2 que els envolta<\/strong>. Busquen l\u2019abund\u00e0ncia en el seu sentit m\u00e9s ampli, al mateix temps que creix la consci\u00e8ncia social i col\u00b7lectiva. S\u00f3n la generaci\u00f3 que han nascut i creixen en un m\u00f3n marcat per les crisis econ\u00f2miques, la precarietat laboral en molts sectors, l\u2019alta compet\u00e8ncia acad\u00e8mica, la incertesa de cara al futur i un planeta greument afectat pel canvi clim\u00e0tic que ning\u00fa sap cap on evolucionar\u00e0. En definitiva, s\u00f3n la generaci\u00f3 que no pot predir el seu futur. I aix\u00f2 <strong>els porta a viure el present des d\u2019una altra perspectiva<\/strong>, m\u00e9s humanitzada i conscient amb els seus actes.<\/p>\n<h3><b>Una vida digna, el nou luxe<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nascuts en plena era digital, aquesta generaci\u00f3 no t\u00e9 por al canvi sin\u00f3 que el provoca, amb un alt nivell de maduresa adaptativa que els ha ensenyat a viure en una societat on constantment tot el que es considera preestablert es modifica o evoluciona. Des de la pol\u00edtica fins al m\u00f3n digital. La <strong>flexibilitat per adaptar-se als canvis \u00e9s, sens dubte, un dels seus valors caracter\u00edstics i el que els permetr\u00e0 la superviv\u00e8ncia<\/strong> en aquest m\u00f3n marcat pel canvi constant.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Justament \u00e9s aquesta sensaci\u00f3 de no poder aferrar-se a res el que els canvia l\u2019ordre de prioritats, posant el focus en all\u00f2 que veiem i sentim per davant d\u2019all\u00f2 que posse\u00efm. Tornar al m\u00e9s b\u00e0sic, deconstruir per tornar a construir. Els joves miren un m\u00f3n ple de possibilitats amb una sola esperan\u00e7a: que els sigui possible viure-hi dignament. Poder accedir <strong>als estudis desitjats, trobar una feina ben remunerada i amb projecci\u00f3 de futur o que els sigui possible independitzar-se i mantenir una qualitat de vida \u00f2ptima sense renunciar a res<\/strong> d\u2019all\u00f2 que es considera b\u00e0sic. Aquesta \u00e9s la definici\u00f3 de luxe per gran part de la generaci\u00f3 Z, i alhora \u00e9s el repte a assolir per a la majoria.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Innovaci\u00f3 i cultura, els pilars d\u2019un futur per construir<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La innovaci\u00f3 i l\u2019emprenedoria estan a l\u2019ordre del dia per aquest col\u00b7lectiu, que veu cr\u00e9ixer di\u00e0riament la seva capacitat creativa i empresarial, seguint un cam\u00ed que la generaci\u00f3 anterior ja havia iniciat. Negocis digitals, consultories, venda <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">online<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">influencers<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">freelance <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">de tota classe de serveis, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">startups\u2026 <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cada vegada s\u00f3n m\u00e9s els joves que, despr\u00e9s d\u2019anys d\u2019estudi, opten per llan\u00e7ar-se al mercat per si mateixos. Si la societat no els pot assegurar un futur, seran ells qui se\u2019l crearan a mida, amb l\u2019esfor\u00e7 i dedicaci\u00f3 que aix\u00f2 comporta. <strong>L\u2019aprenentatge i la maduresa d\u2019aquesta generaci\u00f3 en termes de buscar-se la vida no nom\u00e9s els marca a ells sin\u00f3 que dona una nova perspectiva a les generacions passades<\/strong>, que veuen en aquest nou m\u00f3n digital un aparador on reinventar-se, i de la mateixa manera obren les portes a generacions futures que ja no creixen contemplant una sola manera de viure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Canvia, tamb\u00e9,<strong> la relaci\u00f3 amb els diners i ja no preval la idea de posseir sin\u00f3 de gaudir<\/strong>. El luxe no \u00e9s tenir una casa sin\u00f3 escollir el lloc on vols viure. No \u00e9s tenir un vehicle de transport sin\u00f3 poder-te moure de la manera m\u00e9s c\u00f2moda i econ\u00f2mica possible, sempre amb visi\u00f3 sostenible. El luxe tampoc \u00e9s menjar a restaurants cars sin\u00f3 apostar per la proximitat i l\u2019ecologia i tornar a gaudir dels aliments reals. O <strong>poder visitar museus, llegir llibres o consumir cultura en qualsevol format que et transporta a llocs que et facin pensar, somiar o remoguin la consci\u00e8ncia<\/strong>. No n\u2019hi ha prou a entrenar el cos, tamb\u00e9 cal entrenar el cervell, i molt. I aquest \u00e9s un valor que, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de caracteritzar la generaci\u00f3 Z, marca el futur d\u2019una societat avan\u00e7ada fonamentada en la cultura, el coneixement, i el pensament cr\u00edtic. La llibertat, en aquest sentit, \u00e9s el seu aliat, i segurament ser\u00e0 el principi al qual no renunciaran mai, ja que fer-ho suposaria perdre l\u2019ess\u00e8ncia que els ha dut fins aqu\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>La generaci\u00f3 digital en tres paraules: connectar, desconnectar i compartir<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tot est\u00e0 connectat, i la digitalitzaci\u00f3 n\u2019ha sigut la principal responsable. <strong>El coneixement i la informaci\u00f3 es mouen a un ritme cada vegada m\u00e9s accelerat, les tend\u00e8ncies canvien constantment<\/strong> i, des de fa anys, es creen pr\u00e0cticament de forma exclusiva a trav\u00e9s de les xarxes socials. La interacci\u00f3 social pren una nova forma i esdev\u00e9, de manera natural, una via de comunicaci\u00f3 que s\u2019utilitza di\u00e0riament, sigui directament amb persones de l\u2019entorn o indirectament amb empreses, bancs o entre usuaris. Sempre que es fa servir de forma correcta, el m\u00f3n en l\u00ednia obre un ventall de possibilitats que cada dia \u00e9s m\u00e9s gran, i en el qual els joves troben la seva via de connexi\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La generaci\u00f3 Z, per\u00f2, va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de l\u2019\u00e0mbit digital i busca una connexi\u00f3 real tant amb persones com amb l\u2019entorn, comen\u00e7ant per un mateix. Tan important \u00e9s estar connectat com saber desconnectar. Encara que, de forma generalitzada, pugem la nostra vida a les xarxes, <strong>la vida real no la trobem all\u00e0. I tant la generaci\u00f3 Z com les generacions anteriors han sabut diferenciar aquests dos conceptes i fer un \u00fas de les xarxes m\u00e9s o menys responsable<\/strong> per\u00f2 sempre amb la finalitat de crear una comunitat on compartir i relacionar-se. Envoltar-te de persones que sumen tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s un luxe.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>La revoluci\u00f3 de comen\u00e7ar de nou<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Augmenta la consci\u00e8ncia sobre el poder individual i col\u00b7lectiu que, gr\u00e0cies al coneixement adquirit de generacions passades, permet als joves dibuixar un nou panorama social on tot \u00e9s susceptible de canviar, tal com s\u2019ha demostrat en els \u00faltims anys i en diverses situacions. El m\u00f3n canvia constantment, per tant, tamb\u00e9 hauria de fer-ho la forma en qu\u00e8 la societat s\u2019hi relaciona. Per exemple, <strong>apostar per un estil de vida sostenible \u00e9s un <\/strong><\/span><strong><i>must <\/i><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>per les noves generacions<\/strong>. I on molts veuen una moda, ells veuen simplement una manera de viure que els pot assegurar conservar un m\u00f3n m\u00e9s o menys semblant al que tenim actualment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I tot i que molts d\u2019ells aconseguiran assolir un nivell econ\u00f2mic que els permet comprar-se tots aquells luxes materials que desitgin, la veritable vict\u00f2ria per la generaci\u00f3 Z ser\u00e0 no perdre mai de vista el perqu\u00e8 de les seves accions. No desconnectar mai d\u2019aquest esperit renovador que, <strong>m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de marcar-los a ells, ha marcat a tota una societat, demostrant al m\u00f3n que res \u00e9s permanent i que en el canvi apareix la riquesa<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ara, la generaci\u00f3 Z contempla, amb responsabilitat, un escenari que poques vegades abans s\u2019ha vist, perqu\u00e8 tenen generacions per davant que no han perdut del tot aquest esperit renovador i revolucionari i que, lluny de conformar-se amb el sistema establert, segueixen fermament orientats en la lluita per un futur m\u00e9s digne.
