Per tant, \u201cs\u2019ha de valorar quina de les dues opcions \u00e9s la m\u00e9s viable per a nosaltres, depenent de si volem acabar de pagar abans, o pagar menys cada mes\u201d, apunta Santacruz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Independentment de quina opci\u00f3 triem, haurem de comunicar a l\u2019entitat financera la voluntat d\u2019amortitzar la hipoteca i explicar la tipologia que volem aplicar.
